The apartment has a fully equipt kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven & electric hob. It is furnished for all your self catering needs. The open plan lounge has tv,dvd player & cd player a sofa that converts into a double bed & 2 arm chairs, Patio doors lead to a large patio area which is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The bedroom has a double bed large fitted wardrobe air conditioning and a single camp bed that can be accomodated in the lounge if required. The modern bathroom has a shower wash basin & WC.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Kapparis. The local bars, tavernas & fish and chip shop in Kapparis are a short 10 minute walk away most of these offer a take away service. The two local tavernas the Alkionia and the Kapparis gardens are a 5 minute walk away and offer value for money and traditional Cypriot cuisine.

For those choosing to cater for themselves there is a large moden supermaket a 10 minute walk away or a smaller traditional supermaket 5 minutes away.

The nearest beach known locally as firemans beach(see picture above) is a 20 minute walk away or a little further is the small hardour & beach of Ayia Triada.

Outside the large supermaket is the bus stop that will take you a short ride into Paralimni or on the opposite side of the road the bus stop will take you to Ayia Triada then on through the resorts of Protoras and Ayia napa terminating at waterworld water park just outside Ayia Napa . The bus cost 80 cents per person 1 way and runs approximately every 20 minutes.
