We chose this apartment as our holiday home because of its location - it's quiet with excellent amenities closeby. It was completed in 2005.

LOCATION

Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality with easy access to the traditional towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the busy resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa.

If you like to venture out a little, but stay closer to the apartment, then the main tourist resort in Paralmini 'Protarus' is a great all rounder for families and friends and only 10mins away from the apartment. It is a lively resort, especially so in the evenings, and offers something for everyone! It has a wide range of restaurants offering all types of cuisine along with many bars with entertainment to suit all tastes. The Luna park with crazy golf and amusement park is very popular with the younger ones and if you fancy a bit of shopping, there are many shops to choose from. Lastly but not least, the famous Fig Tree Bay with it's golden sandy beach and crystal blue waters offers many water-sport activities to suit everyone during the day, as well as paragliding for the braver folk!

Ayia Napa boasts of having the biggest water-park in europe, a truly great day out for the family and friends, you can even experience a pleasure helicopter flight!

The infamous 'Nissi-Beach', great for a spot of sunbathing and water sports is also well known for it's beach parties in the evening!

Talking of the evening, you must make a visit to the hugh Fair-Ground, great again for the family and friends, and if your really brave, why not go for a bungee jump or sling shot ride!!

Ayia Napa is also well known as 'night-club' city, so if your not too tired from the events of the day, you can visit one of the many restaurants first then finish the day off with a good night out at one of the many bars and nightclubs, you'll simply be spoilt for choice, and all this, only 15mins away!!

Closer to home is the smaller resort of Pernera, great choice of restaurants and bars, and of course Kapparis, both very close by each other, so after a night in Ayia Napa, this is a great chill out area!

The apartment is surrounded by so much choice, it's hard to decide!!
